Sometimes it seems like everything Billy Walker touches turns to gold. In 2017 he purchased the GlenAllachie distillery and every year since has seen new expressions and ideas that expand on his legacy. GlenAllachie is in particular known for their heavily sherried expressions, especially the 10 year which has been named best single malt in the world at both The World Whisky Awards and The Whisky Explorer Awards. Now, Billy has launched Meikle Toir, a heavily peated spirit that showcases the progress that Billy has made after 5 years at GlenAllachie. James Bornn of Authentic Wine & Spirits will be presenting a range of Billy's offerings, from heavily sherried to heavily peated.
